Who these terms apply to
Anyone who uses this website, and every student enrolled in a Paras course or test series. Replace this wording with a version approved by your counsel.
Your account
Portal accounts are personal. Sharing your login, or letting someone else watch class recordings through it, is a breach of these terms.
Course material and recordings
Study material, question papers, model answers and class recordings belong to Paras Institute of Commerce and are licensed to you for personal study for the duration of your course.
Test series and results
Marks awarded in the Paras test series are an internal assessment. They carry no weight with the ICAI and are not a prediction of your result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hisar, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
