Refund policy

Scope

This policy covers classroom courses, live online courses and the test series. It does not cover ICAI registration or examination fees. Replace this wording with a version approved by your counsel.

Before the batch starts

A written request received before the first scheduled class is refunded in full, less an administrative charge.

After the batch starts

Refunds are calculated from the date your written request reaches the front desk, not from the date you stopped attending, on a sliding scale.

Test series refunds

Refundable in full until the first paper is published, and not refundable afterwards.

How to request a refund

Write to the accounts desk, or fill in the withdrawal form at the front desk, stating the student name, admission number and batch.
